Blank Canvas
On March 3rd, 2011, Deli & Manik Skateboards collaborated on a show that would showcase the talent of local Seattle Artists. The evening began slow and steady as on going Artwalk walkers trickled in. The skateboard entry’s for the art / design competition were highly exceptional. Although art can be a subjective matter, I’d have to say that at this show there was art that everyone could appreciate and enjoy.
Some of the artist’s display of work were phenominal. Techniques reigned supreme on most boards, while some were deep expressions of culture icons. I found myself engaged in the technique of majority of these artists. Art concept, art symmetry, pop-culture icons; all types of inspirations were present.
In attendance where some of the local seattle movers and shakers.
Tom of NVRMT Promtions, NamsayinTerry, LesbHonest Lesley, Resident Media Alan, Kay
Gorman & Alex (Ginseng clothing)

Gina & Ms. Tinatwitter (Res. Media)

The mover himself of the night, Max (Deli) & his homie.
