The Studio / Rappers & Cameras
Last week, Geo from the Blue Scholars and Thig Natural from The Physics put on a lil photo show to display their works. The event was held in their new studio and since we missed it, we decided to stop by and check it out. The studio is pretty snazzy and it’s only a mattter of time before they put out another set of bangers for your listening pleasure. In fact, they’ve been working on some new material to be released before spring/summer. Be on the look and look at these photos. Namsayin.
Geo’s photowork is pretty impressive, so impressive that someone bought a photo, hence the missing space.
Not alot of shaking, but lots of polaroid pictures. A tradition to those family / friends that stop by the studio.
Can’t forget about Thig’s work too. Real cool. Check out more of his work here.
The studio.
Vinyl, something that not alot of people collect these days.
Tapes. Something only very few collect these days.

The homies, Geo and Sabs are at it again. This time around they’re paying tribute to “the Hill.” This is their latest video from their Cinémetropolis album titled “Fou Lee.” If you dont know about Fou Lee on beacon hill, its probably the prime spot in the middle of Beacon ave. where anyone who’s looking for asian ingredients can turn to. They have delicious food you can grub on…..anyways..just listen to Geo, he’ll explain, namsayin!

Sonicsgate Movement
Our basketball team. We’ll what remains of our basketball team is in the hearts of us, Seattle, Sonics fans. We can remember a time of turning on the tv and watching our Sonics play at Key Arena. Those days have been shattered and now we’re left with memories. Im sure most of you by now have heard of Sonicsgate, but if you haven’t emerge yourself in the movement, I highly suggest you do. Sonicsgate.org has been around for acouple years now and they continue to push the movement of bringing back our Sonics to Seattle. On their site you’ll find how you can become part of the movement and it’s simple: Spread awareness, post videos like below and get intune with the site. I think ne-yo sang it best “I’m a movement by myself, but we’re a force when were together.” Lets become a force, namsayin! This is their latest video: Blue Scholars “Slick Watts.” Also enjoy the cameo’s by Donn Watts himself and some of our favorite local artists. Enjoy
