Ok I’m sure you’ve heard about the Kogi food truck craze in L.A. Well, Seattle please welcome Marination Mobile. Fortunately we were lucky enough to be invited to their soft opening yesterday and try some of their delicious Korean and Hawaiian curb side treats. I had the Kalbi Beef Taco and Aloha Sliders….delicious. **UPDATE** Wednesday 5/17 was their grand opening in Fremont. There was tons of customers and lots of media around and Marination Mobile sold out of everything in 2 hours. Nice job guys! Here’s a update from their twitter:
